Note: Conference fees
1.The conference organizer has reserved hotel rooms, but the expenses are of the meeting representatives’ own cost.
2.The registration fee is 600 RMB per person for international participants, which includes the fees of meals, airport pick-up, venue rental, and partial expenses for invited speakers. Graduate students’ conference fees are half price.
Attentions:
1. Please wear your conference card when you come to the conference.
2. The conference card shall not be transferred; if lost, please contact the organizing committee.
3. Please enter the conference venue ten minutes before the scheduled time, and make sure that your mobile phone is kept silent at the conference hall.
4. Please pay attention to your safety and take good care your personal belongings when having outdoor activities; if there is anything in doubt, please contact the organizing committee in time.
5. Conference papers and invited talk materials (if permitted) will be sent to you via email after the conference.
