    The research on computer-based modeling for student-centered science learning encourage Chinese science educators to develop computer-based modeling tools and integrate them in their teaching and student learning. There should be a system that supports teachers to adopt the innovative way of science teaching. Assessment should also be changed accordingly in order to capture student learning gains through science inquiry and computer-based modeling.
