Early bird registration fee (Due date: Sept. 15, 2012) for participants out of mainland China is 1500RMB（About $238）. We will accept registration until the conference, but the fees will be increased to 1800RMB.

Cancellation policy
Cancelation made before Sept. 28, 2012 will bear a processing fee of 700RMB; Cancelation made after Sept. 28, 2012 will have no return of your registration fees.
